The Garden City Fire Protection District provides emergency medical services to the communities of Garden City and Creighton. It also provides service to the unincorporated areas of Cass County in the southeast portion of the county. The Department operates two EMS units that are both Advanced Life Support capable.
Ambulance Reports
In order to obtain a copy of an ambulance report, an “Authorization to Release Medical Information” form signed by the patient or other legally authorized individual plus a photo ID must be submitted. Copies of ambulance reports may be obtained at the Garden City Fire Protection District Headquarters, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information call (816) 862-6366.
